Turning ideas
into reality, fast.
The power to build — given by Claude Code.
I was a web designer who couldn't write code. I had ideas — plenty of them — but no way to bring them to life. Claude Code changed that. Today I design, build, and operate production SaaS with authentication and billing on my own, bringing AI to small businesses across Kumamoto, Japan.
A designer became a builder
The name “Byosoku Lab” (byosoku means “lightning-fast”) was born from the experience of development becoming truly fast with Claude Code.
Ideas I couldn't build
I could design and write markup, but I couldn't build real programs. I had so much I wanted to make, yet no way to bring it to life with my own hands.
Claude Code lent me its hands
Designing in dialogue, implementing, and fixing things together when I got stuck — even as a beginner, I learned to build production-grade SaaS with auth, billing, and databases from scratch.
Development became lightning-fast
An idea in the morning becomes something running by the evening. That speed is the origin of the name Byosoku Lab.
What I've built with Claude Code
Not hobby prototypes — real products in active operation.
Lucle — our own AI SaaS
I designed, built, and operate an AI chatbot SaaS from the ground up — a production service with authentication, billing, and an admin dashboard — hand in hand with Claude Code. More at lucle.jp.
Business automation tools
Tools that automate routine work for small businesses — report generation, data processing, social posting — cutting dozens of hours every month.
Websites & AI homepages
Modern, SEO/AIO-optimized sites: multilingual, fast, and integrated with AI chatbots.
AI adoption support
Helping small businesses in Kumamoto take their first step with AI — using ChatGPT, Claude, and more — when they don't know where to begin.
How I use Claude every day
More than a tool for writing code — a reliable partner that walks with me from design to operation.
From design to build, in dialogue
I describe what I want in plain words; Claude proposes a design, implements it, and verifies it with me — no jargon required.
Production-grade guardrails
Auth, security, error handling — the things production needs that a beginner overlooks. Claude flags them up front, so I build with the gaps already filled.
Alongside me through operation
Not build-and-forget: bug hunts, refactors, and new features, continuously. I can grow a live service with confidence.
Learning while building
Claude explains the why, so I understand more with every build. A designer keeps growing into a builder.
Spreading Claude from Kumamoto
Because it rescued me, I want to bring Claude to others standing at the same wall.
Sharing with peers
I show friends and peers, from real experience, just how much is possible even if you can't build software on your own.
Launching a study group & community
I'm preparing to launch a Claude / Claude Code study group and community in Kumamoto — an open doorway for the region, including people who can't build software on their own.
Sharing Claude & AI news
On my blog, sue-code.com, I share the latest Claude and AI news, broken down so it reaches people in my region too.

Closing the AI gap from the countryside
The benefits of AI too often reach only big companies in big cities. I stood at that wall myself — unable to build software, out in the regions. That's exactly why I want to bring Claude's power to the small businesses, and to the people who never had a connection to tech, here in regional Japan. Closing the AI gap between cities and the countryside is what drives me.
From children to grandparents — a future that walks alongside AI
Building tools with Claude Code that make life easier for everyone, and putting them in people's hands. A future where all of us — from children to grandparents — can walk alongside AI. I'm opening that door, starting from Kumamoto.
